第1篇 開閉件工程師崗位職責(zé)
開閉件工程師 上海伊狄達(dá)汽車技術(shù)服務(wù)有限公司 上海伊狄達(dá)汽車技術(shù)服務(wù)有限公司,伊狄達(dá) main responsibilities主要職責(zé):
1. be responsible for biw & closure 2d/3d part design, according to suggestion from cae/craft analysis department to modify product structure and craft;
負(fù)責(zé)biw/隔板的2d/3d部分的設(shè)計,根據(jù)cae/工藝分析部門給出的建議去修改產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)和工藝;
2. be responsible for layout &performance design, checking and making proposals about biw system accessories and closure system, hinge ,check arm , sealing system, latch system, regulator, gas spring and other accessories;
負(fù)責(zé)biw系統(tǒng)附件及隔板系統(tǒng)、鉸鏈、止回臂、密封系統(tǒng)、鎖止系統(tǒng)、調(diào)節(jié)器、氣彈簧等附件的布置及性能設(shè)計、校核及建議;
3. be responsible for preparation, review the bom, bop, typical section, gd&t, parts description, design report and other technical documents;
負(fù)責(zé)bom,bop,典型斷面,gd&t,零件說明,技術(shù)報告等技術(shù)文件的編制、審核;
4. design , checking and motion analysis by using catia or ug software and etc.;
使用catia或者ug等軟件去設(shè)計,校對以及動作分析;
5. design and release closure parts;
設(shè)計和發(fā)布隔板的部分;
6. be responsible for tracking and solving prototype vehicle and related parts manufacturing, trial production& process validation, production preparation and pre-pilot of the on-site technical support service.
負(fù)責(zé)跟蹤解決原型車及相關(guān)零部件的制造、試制和工藝驗證、生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備和現(xiàn)場技術(shù)支持服務(wù)的預(yù)試。
job requirements職業(yè)要求:
1. vehicle, or mechanical major etc. with college degree or above, above 5 years of closure design experience in large or medium auto enterprises, design company preferred;
大專及以上車輛、機械等相關(guān)專業(yè),五年以上中大型企業(yè)隔板設(shè)計經(jīng)驗,設(shè)計公司優(yōu)先;
2. work experience of the tailgate and active bonnet system preferred;
有尾門和主動閥蓋系統(tǒng)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
3. knowledge of the main constrains of the process: stamping / welding /painting/ assembly line;
了解沖壓/焊接/噴漆/裝配線工藝的主要約束條件;
4. proficient in catia or ug etc.;
熟練使用catia或ug等軟件;
5. good computer skills and english level;
良好的計算機技能和英語水平;
6. open mind and team work with people from different cultures,work seriously and responsibly;
思維開放并且可以和來自不同文化的人團隊協(xié)作,工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé);
7. able to travel on short notice and work outside for business related travel.
可以接受短期出差和公務(wù)相關(guān)的國外工作。
第2篇 車身開閉件工程師崗位職責(zé)
工作職責(zé):
1)負(fù)責(zé)開閉件結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)模設(shè)計;
2)負(fù)責(zé)開閉件系統(tǒng)運動校核設(shè)計;
3) 負(fù)責(zé)開閉件bom編制及相關(guān)技術(shù)文檔編寫
4)負(fù)責(zé)開閉件數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)布
崗位要求
1) 大專及以上學(xué)歷,車輛工程,機械設(shè)計等相關(guān)專業(yè)
2) 3年及以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
3) 熟悉車身開發(fā)流程及相關(guān)法規(guī),熟悉車身鈑金件制造工藝
4) 熟練使用catia 軟件
5) 較好的溝通與協(xié)調(diào)能力
