機械服務工程師 ? technical support for details of new inquiry during the acquisition phase for service teammate
? collect technical requests and follow-up with customers on technical clarification
? link for internal communications on inquiry between related internal departments/headquarter in germany
? on-site technical support / service when necessary
? coordinate projects jointly with the service pm
? as required, participate in market surveys, product strategies and market development activities
? coordinate any necessary visits
? other assistant job assigned by supervisor
? technical background, major in mechanical & electrical or mechatronics is preferable
? bachelor degree
? fluent english, written and oral
? experience of microsoft office and erp system operation
? interested in technical topics and willingness to acquire new skills
? technical understanding/working experience of brueckner lines or industry machinery
