第2篇 教師/助教培訓專員崗位職責

1、協助培訓主管擬訂培訓計劃；

2、根據公司戰略開展培訓需求調研，并制定年度培訓計劃；

3、聯系各類培訓機構，辦理員工外部培訓事宜；

4、負責內部培訓師隊伍的建立、管理，外部培訓機構的甄選和管理；

5、組織培訓材料，開發利用培訓輔助設施；

6、建立培訓檔案，根據不同的培訓內容及目的設計培訓效果評估方式；
